• Your text message consent selections, including which consents you gave and when.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site.
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.

Information from third parties

• Lead information submitted through advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms, and through advertising or listing services such as Google.

4. Text messaging (SMS) and mobile information

How we obtain your consent

We only send you text messages if you have given us permission. We keep a record of the consent you gave and when you gave it.

Two separate types of consent

• Non-marketing (transactional) messages. These relate to your estimate request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and updates about your project.
• Marketing and promotional messages. These include seasonal offers, discounts, and similar promotions. This consent is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.

You may consent to one and not the other. Declining marketing messages will not affect our willingness to give you an estimate or perform work for you.

Message frequency, rates, HELP and STOP

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send and receive.
• Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages. We will send one confirmation message and then stop.
• Opting out of text messages does not remove you from our email list or prevent us from calling you about work already in progress.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

• Service providers. Companies that help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management system, our estimating software, our messaging and email delivery providers, and our payment processor. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

As stated in Section 4, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and are never sold.

10. Age requirement and children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit a form on this site, to request an estimate, or to consent to receive text messages from us. By doing any of those things, you represent that you are 18 or older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
